Receiverships
For situations beyond resolution or where a lender is concerned about protecting the value and integrity of its collateral, R&A provides Receivership or Trustee in Bankruptcy services inclusive of real estate management and sales. Mr. Rodriguez is an insured and bonded Receiver, who as an agent to the court, is a neutral outside party that is understanding and attentive to the often conflicting dynamics between the lender, the court and the borrower. R&A selects and oversees the property management, the legal and accounting functions in a way that will benefit the collateral assets well beyond the receivership period. R&A can also assist in the valuation and disposition of property or portfolios.
