Emily Rodriguez
Emily Rodriguez is a Partner at Rodriguez & Associates Advisory Group. Where she adds value to the litigation support effort through analysis of discovery documents (forensic and real time), market analysis, research and financial analysis in areas of commercial lending and real estate finance and preparation of trial exhibits and expert reports and declarations.
Prior to joining Rodriguez & Associates Emily was hired by Davis and Associates, a sub-contractor under Contract CS-847 with Associated Right of Way Services to supply the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) with real estate support for its Water System Improvement Program (WSIP).
Emily attended the University of San Francisco as well as The University of San Francisco School of Law. Emily has a Bachelor’s Degree of Art and Science in Politics with minors in Legal Studies and Latin American Studies.
Emily is a Board Member of The Forgotten International, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in San Francisco that serves grassroots organizations in some of the poorest countries around the world by providing them with grants, donations of needed goods and the services of volunteers.
